This role focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered infusion therapy in the comfort of patients' homes. Role and Responsibilities: 💉 Provide safe and effective IV infusion therapy in patients' homes. 📊 Regularly assess patients' health and adjust care plans as necessary. 📝 Accurately document care in our EMR system, adhering to regulatory standards. 🤝 Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care. 🧰 Effectively manage and maintain infusion equipment and supplies. Qualifications: 🎓 Nursing degree with substantial RN experience. 🆔 Active RN license in South Dakota. ❤️ Current CPR/BLS certification. 🚗 Ability to travel locally for patient visits. 💻 Proficient in EMR and healthcare software usage.
