Eurostampa, a producer of high quality labels, is in search of an Offset Production Manager for our Cincinnati, OH location. For over 40 years we have been able to stand out in the world of high quality and prestigious label printing. We are looking for an Offset Production Manager who can oversee all aspects of printing and preparation for printing offset labels of the highest quality standards at the lowest reasonable cost. The Offset Production Manager will be responsible for a variety of duties, including: management of the operation of the pressroom, planning, production, and execution of complex production schedules, performance management, working proactively with customers during and after press approvals, strategic planning, and ensuring daily production standards are met. You will need to have a Bachelor s degree (or equivalent combination of work experience), at least 2 years of management experience, and a minimum of 5-7 years of experience with offset press printing. Knowledge of print production processes and UV ink experience is required. Label printing and Heidelberg CD press experience is strongly preferred. Additionally, prior experience implementing or sustaining formal management programs, strong knowledge of standardized work procedures (ISO 9001), and experience implementing Lean Manufacturing philosophies will be key to success in this role.
