Superior Staffing an Engineering Staffing firm in Waukesha, WI is currently recruiting for a Service Technician for our client in Waupaca, WI Summary The Service Technicians develop and maintain outstanding customer satisfaction by performing effective and efficient set-up, repair, and scheduled maintenance of customers equipment at customer locations Essential Duties: - Perform onsite mechanical repairs and preventive maintenance - Maintain accurate van stock inventory throughout year, as measured by a comparison of actual inventory vs. inventory count indicated in the computerized inventory system. - Inform Parts Department in a timely manner of parts shortage and needs - Comprehend and communicate technical information verbally and in writing - Order and maintain tool inventory for assigned service van. - Evaluate warranty exchanges & checking of returned spare parts (filling out the related paperwork) Requirements: - Solid mechanical aptitude - General computer skills (MS Windows, Word, Excel, Acrobat Reader) - Frequently lift and/or move items weighing up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move items weighing 100 pounds - Communication skills (ability to train customers) - Background in automotive repair If this is an opportunity that you are interested please email your resume and qualifications and someone from Superior Staffing will contact you to discuss your skills.
