Tax Preparer Job Description The Tax Preparer will have responsibilities including providing tax compliance and advisory services for high net worth individual, partnerships, foundations and S-corporations for a variety of clients. Desired Skills & Experience The Tax Preparer will possess the following qualifications: A CPA with a minimum of two seasons in public accounting with partnership, nonprofit and individual experience is required. Additional experience levels will also be considered. Experience with GoSystem Tax RS preferred. Bachelor s Degree from an accredited college or university Proficiency in using common office technologies, plus the agility to quickly learn new technologies as they become available. Excellent communication and listening skills Client first attitude Detail-oriented, accurate, organized, able to set priorities Desire/ability to work successfully in a small company environment Compensation Pay/benefits are competitive based on industry standards.
