LendKey Technologies, a cloud-based lending company, is seeking a Loan Servicing Specialist to join their expanding team in Blue Ash, Ohio. This position requires prior call center telephone experience, strong communication and math skills, and the ability to work well with borrowers and prospective customers. We are seeking individuals with call center experience who can work independently to make decisions regarding all aspects of loan servicing for our customers. This includes handling inbound inquiries and making outbound requests for information and loan follow-up. Prior financial services, student loan, or collections experience is preferred. Must be an independent, detail-oriented person with strong prioritization skills and the ability to meet hard deadlines. Solid quantitative and math skills are also needed. If you have a Bachelors degree and experience in a call center, this could be the job for you! We are seeking detail oriented individuals with a team attitude that can thrive in an environment with little structure. You must love the growth phase of a new company and work well in an atmosphere where everyone wears a lot of different hats. Excellent problem solving and customer service skills are a must.
