ProcessPlus, a nationally recognized engineering and architecture firm serving the chemical, pharmaceutical and food and beverage industries, is searching for a great communicator with a firm knowledge of different control strategies to join our team as a DCS Control Systems Engineer in Cincinnati, OH. Our work is plentiful and we are hiring to meet our customers needs! You will be primarily responsible for providing control systems programming, and producing hardware specifications and design. In addition, you will be responsible for: Managing the project scope of work, budget, and deliverables Developing engineering estimates, scopes of work, deliverables and second and third level schedules Determining discipline forecast requirements Ensuring that all deliverables are technically correct, coordinated with other disciplines, per ProcessPlus and/or client standards, on-time and within budget Identifying, scheduling and completing all inter-discipline interdependencies, communication and coordination involving your technical discipline. To qualify, you should have excellent communication skills, discipline lead experience including conceptual and definition scope development, and: In-depth experience with Honeywell Experion or Emerson DeltaV Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Chemical Engineering 4+ years of relevant experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate within a team, across disciplines, and interface with clients Ability to lead a project team by communicating essential information and providing interdisciplinary interface Experience with S88 Programming Structure a plus Experience in Human Machine Interfaces, including FT RSView, Wonderware, and IFix a plus Experience with Rockwell PLC platforms (ControlLogix, PLC-5, etc.) a plus Commissioning experience, Installation Qualification (IQ) and Operation Qualification (OQ) Field startup experience Exceptional time management skills Come join a company that is committed to our employees as well as to continuous process improvement to provide our customers with the best results possible.
