As a Buyer Agent Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in our mission, prospecting for buyer leads and converting them into client appointments that ultimately lead to successful home sales. Plus, with our dedicated ISA team setting appointments for you each week, you'll have a constant stream of leads to work with. What sets us apart? We're not just a team – we're a family. With a competitive commission-based pay range of $65,000 to $85,000 per year, the sky's the limit for your earning potential. Responsibilities:• Process leads efficiently using company systems and follows established procedures.• Provide fiduciary service to buyer clients from initial contact through contract to close.• Guide clients through the entire buying process, explaining contracts, pre-approvals, mortgages, inspections, and closings.• Negotiate effectively on behalf of buyers and review title commitments and closing costs with clients.• Ensure clients' best interests are always the top priority and be available to assist at closing. Qualifications:• Current Michigan Real Estate license or willingness to obtain one quickly.• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel to appointments.• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.• Strong organizational and time management abilities.• Commitment to self-development and continued learning.• Proficiency with CRM systems, Google Apps, and MS Office Applications. Education and Experience:• High school diploma required.• Customer service or real estate background/experience preferred.
