Responsibilities: • Follow-up with leads to increase sales • Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience• Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales • Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal• Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood• Help clients buy and sell properties in Connecticut• Market and advertise properties effectively• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients• Conduct property viewings and open houses• Negotiate contracts and handle all necessary paperwork• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions Qualifications: • A successful and proven sales history is preferred• Great communication and social skills• Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently• Tech savvy• Organized and manages time effectively• Must be a licensed realtor in the state of Connecticut• Strong communication and negotiation skills• Familiarity with Connecticut's real estate market and regulations• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Attention to detail and ability to multitask Compensation: $75,000 at plan commission About Company: Coldwell Banker Calabro & Associates was established in 2003 and has been in business for 20+ years.We are centrally located in Rocky Hill, Connecticut.
