The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong academic credentials, capable of conducting legal research, drafting transactional documents, attending client appointments independently, and assisting clients in meeting business goals. They must adhere to all standards of excellence in file management and maintain the integrity of the firm by complying with federal and state regulations. Duties:Conduct legal researchIndependently draft transactional documentsAttend client appointments independentlyUnderstand and assist clients in meeting business goalsSeek opportunities to become involved in special projects and committeesComplete all required administrative tasksMake effective use of technology and automation in legal practiceAdhere to standards of excellence in file managementTravel as required to meet business needsMaintain compliance with federal and state regulations and company policiesPerform other duties as assigned Requirements:Current license to practice law, in good standing with the Florida Bar3+ years of experience in real estate, business law, commercial transactions, and/or community associationsPrior transactional experience in estate, business law, commercial transactions, and/or community association mattersAbility to participate in all aspects of the firm's professional activitiesRecord case time and expenses contemporaneouslyPunctuality and ability to abide by agreed office hoursAttention to detail and meeting deadlines efficientlyStrong research skillsTechnical proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and file management softwareExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlinesHigh ethical standards and confidentiality of client matters Benefits:The firm offers competitive compensation, great benefits, and the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of matters.
