HQ LOCATION: 110 Rio Robles, San Jose, CA 95134CONTACT: & specify job code CSIIM003HOURS/WEEK: 40SALARY RANGE: $265,000 - $285,000/year VP, Financial Planning and Analysis JOB DUTIES: Establish and own Company's operational financial systems and process, data and analysis strategy including establishing, implementing, and maintaining a data warehouse and guiding and leading with all areas of data analytics. Assist with development, measurement, and attainment of the company's financial planning processes (current year and long-range planning) across multiple locations and business units through cross-functional coordination, rigorous challenging of business results, key drivers and KPls, and collaboration. Collaborate with the Executive team in order to optimize and assess the development of business and financial cases to support new initiatives and drive toward the success of those initiatives. Help drive activities to optimize the company's cash and P&L, focusing on revenue and gross margin. Identify and monitor significant business trends and variances, including revenue, product cost and margins, manufacturing variances, operating expenses, headcount, compensation, capital, balance sheet and cash flow items. Perform analysis for mergers and acquisitions. *Full time telecommuting from within the U.S. is permitted. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Finance or Accounting and six (6) years of experience in a Director or Managerial role leading finance strategy and performing financial analysis or, in the alternative, eight (8) years of experience in a Director or Managerial role leading finance strategy and performing financial analysis. Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Role requires demonstrated experience with: (1) setting compensation plans and quotas for sales roles; (2) financial modeling and project management; (3) establishing performance and productivity metrics; (4) Financial reporting, budget & profitability analysis; (5) transfer pricing; and, (6) merger and acquisition (International & Domestic). *Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable. *Full-time telecommuting is permitted within the U.S. To apply, qualified applicants submit your resume to: and specify job code: CSIIM003.
