Fortis College-Westerville is looking for someone to work part-time in facility maintenance. This person would be responsible for maintaining the lobby, offices and general school cleanliness, while compliant with federal and state guidelines. Keep building, furniture equipment, and school property, as well as outside grounds to an acceptable level of cleanliness. Make minor repairs as needed, perform painting and other office repairs. Ability to independently arrange and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs. Ability to maintain prolonged standing/walking as shift require. To perform other duties as assigned. Regular and reliable attendance.
