What You'll Do: Customer Relationship Champion: Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients through both direct interactions and over the phone, embodying professionalism and product expertise. Sales Expertise: Process orders accurately and efficiently, manage invoices, and ensure secure transactions, leveraging your knowledge to guide customers through a comprehensive product range. Product Enthusiast: Deliver compelling product demonstrations and educate customers on features and benefits, enhancing their buying experience. Satisfaction and Growth: Engage in proactive follow-ups and adeptly handle inquiries and complaints, contributing to business growth and customer satisfaction. Showroom Innovator: Assist in merchandise presentation and maintain captivating product displays, promoting monthly specials and encouraging sales. Who We're Looking For: Education & Background: High school diploma or equivalent, with at least 1 year of relevant sales experience. A background in the swimming pool, landscaping, irrigation, or outdoor living industries is a plus. Skills & Attributes: Exceptional interpersonal skills, a customer-first approach, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and proficient with MS Office. Physical ability to handle up to 100 pounds with a dolly. Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old. The Ideal Candidate Is: A proactive and self-motivated individual who excels in both independent and team settings. Equipped with a strong customer-service orientation, eager to meet and exceed customer expectations. Knowledgeable about products and able to engage customers with informative demonstrations.
