Job Description : We're seeking a talented contract copywriter to join our dynamic team! As a copywriter, you will craft compelling and engaging copy across various platforms. This position is ideal for someone passionate about policy communications, blockchain advocacy, and a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities: Create high-quality and engaging content for various channels, including website copy, marketing materials, emails, and social media. Write and edit policy documents, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with organizational goals. Craft content tailored for membership communications, addressing member needs and promoting engagement. Utilize fundraising writing techniques to create compelling campaigns and materials. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project goals, target audience, and primary messaging. Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitors, and relevant topics to inform and enhance writing. Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging strategy. Edit and proofread copy to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines. Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proven experience as a copywriter with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse writing samples. (3+ years). Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills. Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh and innovative ideas. Detail-oriented and capable of producing high-quality, error-free content. Familiarity with digital marketing trends and best practices. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Digital Media, or related field. Writing experience in policy, advocacy, trade organizations, or nonprofit settings. Fundraising writing experience, including campaign creation and donor and member communications. Knowledge of blockchain technology and related industries.
