Job Title: Home Infusion Registered Nurse Location: Shreveport, Louisiana (and surrounding areas)Employment Type: Part-time to Full-timeWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Home Infusion Registered Nurse to join our team in Shreveport, Louisiana. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high quality nursing care to patients receiving home infusion therapy. The successful candidate will have the ability to work independently and be able to manage a busy and fast-paced work environment.Responsibilities: Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with nursing standards and practices Monitor patient progress and document patient care in accordance with nursing standards and practices Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team to coordinate and provide patient care Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care Demonstrate knowledge of infection control principles and practices Requirements: Current Louisiana RN license in good standing Minimum of 1 years of experience in infusion nursing Knowledge of IV initiation and management Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license and reliable transportation We offer competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
