The ideal candidate is passionate about sourcing and engaging with candidates, possesses excellent communication skills, and can thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This is more of a sales role and requires experience in outbound calling and creating appointments and building relationships. Responsibilities:• High Volume Outbound Calling• Utilize various sourcing strategies, including but not limited to, job boards, social media, networking, and industry events, to identify and attract top talent.• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
