The ideal candidate should possess a firm understanding of issues related to Article 9 secured transactions and have significant experience in drafting and negotiating inter-creditor agreements. Duties:Draft, negotiate, and close commercial lending transactions.Demonstrate a deep understanding of issues involved in Article 9 secured transactions.Provide expertise in drafting and negotiating inter-creditor agreements. Requirements:5+ years of experience in the drafting, negotiation, and closing of commercial lending transactions.Comprehensive understanding of issues related to Article 9 secured transactions.Meaningful experience in drafting and negotiating inter-creditor agreements. Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree. Certifications:Admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction. Skills:Proficiency in drafting, negotiating, and closing commercial lending transactions.Expertise in issues related to Article 9 secured transactions.Strong skills in drafting and negotiating inter-creditor agreements. Experience:Experience with tax-advantaged financing.Familiarity with various tax credits.Exposure to real estate transactions.Background in mergers and acquisitions.
