The ideal candidate should possess a firm understanding of issues related to Article 9 secured transactions and have substantial experience in drafting and negotiating inter-creditor agreements. Duties:Draft, negotiate, and close commercial lending transactions.Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of issues involved in Article 9 secured transactions.Gain meaningful experience in drafting and negotiating inter-creditor agreements. Requirements:5+ years of experience in the drafting, negotiation, and closing of commercial lending transactions.Strong understanding of issues related to Article 9 secured transactions.Meaningful experience in drafting and negotiating inter-creditor agreements. Experience:Preferred experience with tax-advantaged financing.Knowledge of various tax credits.Familiarity with real estate and/or mergers and acquisitions. Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree. Certifications:Any relevant certifications related to commercial finance and lending are advantageous. Skills:Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.Comprehensive understanding of commercial lending transactions.Strong knowledge of Article 9 secured transactions.Ability to draft and negotiate inter-creditor agreements.Familiarity with tax-advantaged financing, tax credits, real estate, and mergers and acquisitions.
