We are looking for a life insurance agent with amazing customer service and sales negotiation skills to join our fast-growing insurance agency and help our clients achieve their financial goals. You’ll serve on the front lines of insurance sales, helping new customers navigate our products to help protect their families and assets, and develop an ever-growing lead list to secure new business. Responsibilities: • Identify new client insurance needs, insurance risk, goals, current coverage, and financial situation by scheduling meetings for new customers, ensuring a personalized experience• Maintain databases, records, and bookkeeping, ensuring all paperwork is up to date• Scheduling appointments utilizing warm leads• Managing your own schedule/calendar with the appropriate number of appointments• Attending regularly scheduled team trainings to stay involved and abreast to the agency and industry standards• Commission Based Qualifications: • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must• Customer service or experience as a sales representative are highly valued• Previous health insurance or life insurance experience a plus• Valid insurance license required Or Willingness To Obtain • Willingness to learn and grow through mentorship • If unlicensed, the agency will assist in bringing you through the licensing process and pay for your pre-licensing course Compensation: $85,000 - $120,000+ at plan commission About Company: Our agency is looking to bring on multiple new agents with exceptional customer service experience to become a part of our independent insurance agency.
