Position Summary: The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the efforts of staff assigned to specific projects. The individual in this role will serve as a key interface between Sub Contractor Project Managers/Points of Contact (POCs) and the Government Contractor Officer Representative. The Project Manager will act as the overall lead, manager, and administrator for the contracted effort, ensuring successful project completion within scope, time, and budget. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Oversee the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job, ensuring efficient collaboration and optimal performance. Interface Management: Serve as a primary interface between Sub Contractor PMs/POCs and Government Contractor Officer Representative, managing communication and coordination. Technical Liaison: Act as the primary interface with Government program authorities on technical and program/project issues. Contract Oversight: Anticipate and manage contracting actions, oversee contractor execution of contract requirements, and maintain subcontractor relationships, requirements, and task orders. Financial Management: Manage contract financials, monitor burn rates, and ensure compliance with financial requirements. Customer Engagement: Routinely engage with the customer to represent [Company Name], providing updates on project status, contract status, risks, issues, and their remediation. Program Reviews: Conduct program reviews with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives and client expectations. Relationship Building: Manage customer project execution to foster and cultivate strong relationships with customers through the identification of their needs. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in [relevant field] or equivalent work experience. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.
