Job Description As a Software QA Engineer at RaySecur, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive suite of tests and processes to protect against defects which may arise over the course of continuous product evolution and enhancement. Key Responsibilities Conduct new feature and regression tests on new releases, patches, etc… Thoroughly document, troubleshoot and report issues on collaborative issue tracking systems Develop and codify company-wide quality assurance standards and processes Specify quality metrics to track continuous improvement in products Ensure product release meets customer expectations and standards Collaborate with developers and business team to specify and create new test cases Qualifications Bachelors degree in IT or related area Strong analytic and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Capacity for attention to detail (but also to understand the ‘big picture') Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing Strong command of relevant software including JIRA, excel, word processing, etc… Additional qualifications nice to have: Experience with one or more programming languages (preferably JavaScript) Experience with test automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, etc…) AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER RaySecur is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate against any applicant on the basis of race, creed, color, gender, national origin, age, disability, sexual orientation, marital status or any other class protected by federal, state or local law.
