Responsibilities: • Answer incoming calls and questions about guests’ needs in-person and online regarding room bookings, room rates, amenities, available rooms, rewards programs, and special requests • Give every guest a warm welcome, check them in, and check them out when they leave, ensuring you provide correct keys and room numbers• Mitigate customer complaints as needed• Connect with the housekeeping department to ensure guest accommodations are ready• General bookkeeping: ensure all hotel guest account information is accurate and up-to-date Qualifications: • Has experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations• Exhibits working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems• Displays impeccable interpersonal, time management, organizational skills, and customer service skills• Must have graduated high school, received a GED or equivalent• 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry as a hotel front desk agent, hotel receptionist, or guest service specialist preferred About Company: Hilton was recently voted the #2 place to work!
