New Job Opportunity - AV Implementation Leader New job opportunity with a client based out of the Tri State Area. Looking to hire an experienced AV Implementation Leader with at least 10+years Field AV Technician experience. AV Integration experience is highly preferred. Must have a CTS or CTSI certification Logistics of the Role: Full Time - Direct Hire On Site - Candidates must reside in the New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, or Philadelphia area Monday and Friday work from home (Tuesday-Thursday on the road all around the tri-state area) Compensation depends on prior work experience (100k-115k) Day to Day Activities: Lead and directly oversee a team of field engineers - manage the installation of AV projects, and prioritize project related tasks and resources on a daily basis. Supervise when necessary at sites within the region Install and maintain AV/IT systems including racks, display devices, projectors, camera systems, video teleconferencing systems (VTC), microphones and speakers. Provide daily job progress reports based on labor metrics to the Project Manager. Provide outstanding customer service and develop working relationships with Clients. Qualifications: 10+ Years of field AV technician experience is required 2+ years of management/supervisory experience Must be willing to travel out to client sites CTS or CTSI Certification Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds Ability to effectively communicate Powered by JazzHR
