Responsibilities: Mechanical and Electrical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues in machinery and equipment. Conduct thorough inspections to identify problems related to both mechanical and electrical components. Debugging and Testing: Develop and implement testing procedures to identify and rectify faults in machinery. Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems. Maintenance and Repair: Perform preventive maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance. Execute repairs and replacements of faulty mechanical and electrical components. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and technicians, to identify and address complex issues. Provide technical support and expertise to other team members. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of repairs, replacements, and maintenance activities. Document troubleshooting processes and solutions for future reference. Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while performing maintenance and repair tasks. Identify and address safety concerns related to machinery and equipment. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on advancements in mechanical and electrical technologies. Propose and implement improvements to enhance the efficiency and reliability of machinery. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in mechanical or electrical engineering is preferred. Proven experience as a Mechanic with expertise in both mechanical and electrical systems. Strong understanding of electrical circuits, control systems, and mechanical components. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment for troubleshooting. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
