The Director will drive execution of these responsibilities through a seasoned team with industry experience in these areas. In addition to ensuring high quality, cost effective, and operationally accurate first-time execution of BMR scope, the Director will also manage, and support creation of, various store capital and expense budgets related to all repair and vendor contracts exceeding $100M+ annually. The Director will be the face of the BMR team for both Field and Corporate partners, and the Director will frequently interact with VP and SVP levels across both organizations. The Director will also be the primary interface with our vendor partners. Maintaining and strengthening existing vendor relationships will be of key importance to ensure contracted service levels are met. The Director will also partner with the Store Execution Analytics and Finance teams to maintain and budgets for all areas of responsibility. From this collaboration, the Director will deliver consistent and accurate reporting of operational standards and project updates related to BMR scope.The base salary range for this role is $108,600 - $204,150. The base salary range is dependent on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, qualifications, relevant education, certifications, seniority, and location. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards vary by position and location. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Direct THE DEPARTMENT TO ENSURE TIMELY AND COST-EFFECTIVE RESPONSE TO STORE BRANDING ISSUES Responsible for directing the operational and financial aspects of Store Brand Maintenance and Repair Services (including Janitorial Daily Services, Floor Care, Periodic Overnight work, Store Cosmetic Repair services, and Store Small Fixture Repair services) through vendors and the team. Oversee a team of 7-10 associates (1 Senior Manager, 2 Managers, 1 Supervisor, 2 Coordinators, and 1-4 Contractors) to ensure ongoing service levels and program execution in stores. Ensure effective response and cost control of store repair and replacement issues; Provide tools/resources to support Stores with ongoing execution and management of janitorial and cosmetic repair processes. COMPETENCIES: * Building Effective Teams * Ensures Accountability & Execution* Developing Talent * Manages Conflict* Collaboration * Business Acumen* Leading by Example * Plans, Aligns & Prioritizes QUALIFICATIONS AND SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED: 5-7 years of experience in vendor management, project management and operational support preferably in a retail environment.B.S. degree in Business or related field, preferred.Position requires a demonstrated ability to effectively manage staff resources, negotiate contracts, and interface with store personnel, management (SVP+), and outside vendors.Ability to perform job functions independently and in a challenging environment. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and perform accurately with short deadlines.Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.Demonstrated ability to build relationships with senior leaders, in both a corporate and field (stores) environment.Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint Ability to solve problems and recommend solutions, using both qualitative and quantitative analysis. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/ADA: This role requires regular in-office presence, including attending in-person team interaction, meetings and collaboration, client support, mentoring, coaching, and/or feedback.
