Clint Orms Engravers & Silversmiths are designers and producers of handcrafted belt buckles, jewelry and accessories that embody a carefully preserved Western heritage, a personal touch, and exceptional workmanship.Responsibilities: • Overseeing production, distribution and procurement teams. • Defining, implementing and revising operational policies and guidelines for the organization • Developing and executing new growth directives, including leading process improvement initiatives and managing projects - including construction projects and new technology sourcing and implementation • Working to create job descriptions, hire competent personnel and oversee employee training and internship programs • Working to develop and implement staff evaluation parameters • Liaising with departmental heads to ensure company-wide operational compliance • Provide costing for custom products • Managing procurement and resource allocation Experience, Education and Required Skills: 5+ years of progressive management experience within Manufacturing, Distribution, Supply Chain, or similar sectors. Experience in the jewelry industry is a plus Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred Personnel management of direct and indirect staff including performance reviews, individual development plans, performance improvement plans, performance management plans, etc. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Bilingual: English/Spanish is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
