About the PositionPond is placing Sr Electrical Engineers and Sr I&C Engineers to join our thriving Industrial Group in these following markets; Savannah, Ga , Jacksonville, FL , Greenville, SC and Charlotte, NC . The ideal candidate possesses 8+ years of engineering experience including at least 5 year's experience as a consulting engineer as part of an A&E Design Firm. A preference for experience in the Medical Device Manufacturing or Food & Beverage environments is preferred. The successful candidate would be leading engineering professionals in the execution of the Electrical or I&C designacross a range of multidisciplinary projects.Knowledge and Experience: * Experience with consulting engineering including project workflow management and typical I&C design deliverables * Experience with major I&C technologies including major vendors for those technologies * Knowledgeable about control system design theory and industry best practices * Successful Candidates should be familiar with the typical electrical deliverables for a consulting design group in process industries * Successful Candidates should be familiar with the relevant codes, standards and best practices for design and engineering in process industries.Qualifications: * BS in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Controls Engineering * PE Preferred * 8+ years of experience (5 years in an A/E/C environment) * Proficient with power engineering software including SKM, Easy Power & ETAP. * Experience in I&C engineering as a consulting design engineer, with a preference for experience in the Medical Device Manufacturing or Food & Beverage environments * Proficient with relevant software such as Microsoft Office * Proficient with Autodesk AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit * Proficiency with Microsoft Access or other database environments preferred * Ability to work well within a team environment, positive attitude, multi-task, and self-motivated to produce high quality work. * Ability and desire to learn and grow professionally * At Pond, we are a collaborative, innovative team in an environment that fosters learning and professional growth. Starting base pay may vary depending on these factors. We anticipate filling this position as a Senior Electrical Engineer with a salary range of $115,700.00 - $186,800.00 .Additional cash incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a range of medical, financial and/or other benefits dependent on position offered.
