Burger King is currently looking for bold, energetic people to join our team. If you have a big smile and a passion for delivering excellent customer service, we want to hear from you! Team Members are responsible for providing exceptional guest service while working closely with the Restaurant Managers and other crew to maintain operational standards and procedures. The Team Member assists with all of the restaurant operations including, but not limited to, greeting guests, preparing food, taking orders, and cleaning. This position has direct interactions with Guests and members of the field operations team. Both day and night hours available. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Greets guests with a smile, enthusiasm, courtesy, and hospitality while receiving orders and processing payments.Follow Burger King operational policies and procedures.Be laser-focused on and attentive towards guests’ needs.Prepares and packages food and drink products.Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant at all times including dining room, restroom & exterior.Maintains health and safety standards in work areas.Unloads and stocks inventory items as needed.Prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts.Follow Burger King uniform and grooming standards and policies. Qualifications and Skills: Comfortable working in a fast paced environment; handles multiple tasks at once.Ability to interact in a positive and professional manner with guests and coworkers.Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic.Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations & work multiple stations.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.Works to resolve issues that may arise in the restaurant.Learns team effectiveness skills.Responds to customer needs.Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.Honors and encourages others to follow the visions and values of the restaurant.
