PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS: Our clients have started to roll out their exciting new grad Registered Nurse program!The program's first 10-12 weeks is comprised of classroom time for training for the particular unit chosen by you, and followed up with a 9-month preceptorship providing hands-on "On-the-Job" training. ($10,000 bonus will be paid to the graduate upon the time of completion of the classroom portion of the program with a two-year signed agreement.) PROGRAM OVERVIEW: Candidates will have the opportunity to enroll in the following program- Med/Surg ICU MED/SURG/Tele Emergency Room Candidates will be assigned to a trained preceptor.VISA sponsorships are available (except for candidates graduating from programs in India and China). PROGRAM QUALIFICATIONS: New Nurse Grad candidates must possess the following minimum job qualifications: The candidate must have successfully completed an accredited RN program. The candidate must have an ASN or BSN. Must have a current license to practice as an RN in the State of Kansas or COMPACT nursing state. Must have a current BLS certification. Candidates must be true new RN graduates without any hospital experience. Candidates with six (6) months or less experience in SNF or LTC will be considered eligible for this program.
