Title: LPN/RN Weekend Supervisor Department: Nursing Shift: Days/Evenings Requirements for LPN/RN Weekend Supervisor: Must have a current & valid RN License in The State of Kentucky Responsibilities for LPN/RN Weekend Supervisor: Working as a team player provides caring and clinically-astute patient care Administer medications to patients and monitor patients for reactions or side effects Communicate, consult, and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans Maintains accurate and detailed documentation Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions Why choose a career with Baptist Life Communities?
