Hope For Youth is seeking a Licensed Therapist, which use the Multidimensional Family Therapist (MDFT) model. MDFT training is provided. The Therapist would be working in the Supervision and Treatment Program. The position is based in Suffolk County and will require frequent home visits to clients. How you will spend your time in this job:65% Direct client therapeutic contact including transportation20% Case documentation, reports, case related meetings15% Staff meetings/supervision/trainingTo qualify for this job you need to have a: LMSW/LCSW/LMHC/LMFT 1 year experience working with children or adolescents A Valid NYS Driver's License in good standing Computer knowledge and able to use electronic record.
