After Sales Concierge wanted for Genesis dealership The Genesis brand is growing quickly in todays market. Murdock Genesis of Lindon is looking for someone to be able to offer a high level experience for our Genesis customers after their purchase of a new vehicle. Mission: "When you walk through our doors, you feel like family." Core Values: Integrity - Charity - Accountability - Growth Position summary: Answer phone calls and schedule appointments Cultivate a relationship with the Genesis guest Manage Genesis loaner fleet, including checking loaners in and out when guest has a scheduled appointment Execute a luxury experience for every Genesis guest that has an after sales appointment Communicate with service and valet team to ensure the after service experience goes as smoothly as possible Skills: Guest Experience Management, Teamwork, People Skills, Problem Solving, Active Listening, Reading, Writing/Typing, Comprehension, Critical Thinking, and Social Perceptiveness. Experience And Education: High School diploma or GED. Ability record and monitor surroundings. Experience in customer service, Excellent communication and time management skills. Must be able to work as a team member in a fast paced environment. Must minimum of 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States. Physical Requirements: Ability to walk; sit; use hands, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. Need ability to move around the dealership.
