Summary: The candidate will provide administrative support to the business by assisting Human Resources & other departments with administration and special projects. This position will work closely with all members on our management team and requires the ability to work effectively with minimal direction and supervision. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Includes the following; other duties may be assigned as required. Work collaboratively with the management team to ensure the project tasks are running smoothly and on time Maintains employee data and transactions such data entry and filing Assist with generating documentation and reports Assists with recruitment, job postings, coordination of interviews, and preparation of new hire packages Undertakes special projects as requested And other duties as assigned Qualifications: Currently student from an accredited High School, College, or University Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-orientated and highly motivated, self-starter, able to multi-task and work with minimal supervision Strong understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Candidate must have strong organizational skills Must be a minimum 18 years of age Able to work a 40-hour work week Job Posted by ApplicantPro
