We provide medical, dental, behavioral health, eye care services, and community programs to everyone, regardless of their ability to pay. LINE OF RESPONSIBILITY: The Behavioral Health Clinician reports to the Director of Behavioral Health. PURPOSE: Seeking full-time Behavioral Health Clinician to provide dynamic, integrated patient-centered mental health care in a rural, primary care setting. We are developing a new program with a focus on patients in care for nutrition, weight management, and disordered eating patterns. We are seeking a LICSW or LCSW licensed clinician who has a current specialty or an enthusiastic desire to learn more about working with this population. Applicants must be comfortable working within a multidisciplinary medical team serving underserved populations. Location: Worthington Health Center, Huntington Health Center, John P. Musante Health Center, School-Based Health Center at Gateway Regional RESPONSIBILITIES: This program will serve adults who are motivated to take part in treatment with an integrated team which will include a board certified obesity medicine physician,nursing staff, registered nutritionists, and a BH clinician. Salaried position with excellent benefits. Preference given to bilingual therapists. QUALIFICATIONS We are seeking qualified candidates with flexibility, dedication to our mission, and excellent collaboration skills. At a minimum, candidates must be Master's level clinicians with a valid MA license to practice. Weekly individual supervision as well as twice weekly case collaboration and discussion opportunities provided for all levels of licensure.
