The Home Health Admission Nurse position: We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to initiate patient plan of care upon admission. You will visit patients in their place of residence to admit to services, monitor condition, explain services. You will create plan of per MD orders ongoing treatment. The goal of home health care is to help our patients obtain a faster recovery, regain independence, and become as self-sufficient as possible to help prevent rehospitalizations. We are currently interviewing for a full-time,part-time,PRN position based out of our Columbia Home Health office. This position covers Maury and surrounding county areas. QUALIFICATIONS for Registered Nurse (RN): Current, valid, and unencumbered Tennessee RN license or Compact license Current and valid driver license, transportation, and auto insurance One or more years home health experience Self-motivated and customer service oriented Must be able to pass background and drug screening Current CPR certification BENEFITS: Competitive Wages Weekly Payroll Generous Paid Time Off program (full-time benefit) Direct Deposit Comprehensive Benefits Package that may include medical, dental, vision, life, 401K (full-time benefit) Why join the All Heart Home Care family?
