FNA Group has a Project Management Coordinator position available in our Pleasant Prairie, WI facility. The Project Management Coordinator will report to the Senior Vice President and will drive efficiency and consistency across key business groups to include Engineering, Manufacturing, Marketing, Product Development and Supply Chain. Responsibilities: Manage a stages and gates process that includes achievement of key milestones. Work collaboratively across multiple departments to ensure that goals and objectives of each project are met within the prescribed timeframes and funding parameters. Drive the commercialization process for new products, from concept stage through product launch. Coordinate a lifecycle management process to mitigate obsolete or discontinued products. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or relevant discipline preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience performing in a similar role within a manufacturing setting. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to interact with managers and executives at all levels. Proficient with Microsoft Project or other project management software tools. MS Excel skills required.
