The Dishwasher also maintains the department's storage areas in proper supply level, organization, and cleanliness, as well as maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen facility. Special emphasis is placed on accommodating guest preferences, flexibility with work assignments, efficiency, quality, and social demeanor that contributes to a hospitable environment. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES Provide pleasant and professional services to all hotel guests. Sanitize and safely store all pots, pans, utensils, dishes, glassware, silverware, and all utensils used in food production and service. Maintain storage areas in proper supply level, organization, and cleanliness. Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen through the disposal of garbage and the cleaning of coolers, counters, shelves, equipment, floors, and other designated cleaning projects. Assist with meal plating and food prep. Maintain on-going communication and collaboration with staff the aim of achieving high levels of cooperation and service excellence.
