About being our Civil Engineering Intern As a Civil Engineering Intern , you will assist with a broad range of project assignments on a variety of projects on land/site development and public works. With the benefit of in person supervision, you will provide support to the project team with design work, AutoCAD, and other projects assigned. You will get the opportunity to put what you are learning in class to the test as you will get the opportunity to work on design efforts in conventional aspects of Civil Engineering, which may include traffic, roadway, storm water, site plan preparation for public and private entities. Minimum Qualifications to be our Civil Engineering Intern 3rd or 4th year current student with a major in Civil Engineering from an accredited program. Candidates from local universities/colleges are preferred. Availability to work 20-40 hours per week during the summer Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills Some experience using AutoCAD and Civil 3D Proficiency with MS Office Suite Ability to work in our office to experience a collaborative team environment Self-starter and self-motivated Job Posted by ApplicantPro
