The Company: San Diego Post-Acute is a short-term rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility in El Cajon, CA. We are dedicated to providing personalized rehabilitation and nursing services to all who enter our doors. Our healthcare professionals strive to help our residents reach their maximum potential in a caring and supportive environment. At San Diego Post-Acute , caring is our main concern. Our organization is built on the premise that the most effective way to provide compassionate care is to: Maintain high medical integrity Foster a team spirit among staff Create friendly, beautiful surroundings for our residents and their visitors Salary: $18-$20 per hour Schedule: Full time 7:30am - 4:30pm (Friday-Tuesday) Duties and Responsibilities: Ability to read technical instruction manuals and drawings. Ability to perform maintenance and repair on natural gas heaters. water heaters, and residential hydronic heating systems. Ability to maintain and repair domestic appliances, such as electrical ranges, garbage disposals, ventilation fans, including repair of refrigerator door switches, defrost timers, and freezer fans. Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Physical ability to perform indicated tasks. Ability to work well in a team or alone. Effectively interact with diverse groups of people.
