A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A MANAGER OF MISSION & COMMUNITY RESOURCE PROGRAMS As a Manager of Mission & Community Resource Programs your primary function is being responsible for successful attainment of community resource program goals and coordinating all management functions including case assignment, monitoring goal design and implementation, and program referral activities related to community resource programs including, but not limited to, crisis shopping (EClark) cards, bus passes, fuels cards and automobile purchase/repair loan referrals in the agency's service territory. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A MANAGER OF MISSION & COMMUNITY RESOURCE PROGRAMS Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Accounting or other human service field preferred Excellent Computer Skills including knowledge of database programs, Microsoft Word, Excel and Mas90, Sage 100 or similar accounting software programs. Social work, counseling and/or case management for individuals with barriers to work experience preferred. Prior supervisory experience preferred. Are you self-motivated but also a team player? Are you able to work efficiently with an awareness of what is going on around you? Do you have excellent communication skills? Are you reliable?
