A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PARTS SPECIALIST In this parts sales role, you are the go-to person for our customers in our retail parts counter. You help them find the right parts to fit their vehicles and answer their questions. You process orders and provide technical support in person. Using your awesome sales ability, you up-sell products to our customers, following up when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction. We rely on you to resolve concerns and offer solutions to back-ordered or discontinued merchandise. You love getting to use your expertise and talk motorsports during every shift! PARTS COUNTER SALESPERSON QUALIFICATIONS 1+ years of customer service experience Basic data entry or keyboarding skills Strong technical knowledge of motorcycles Sales and customer service skills Knowledge of parts counter procedures Are you a team player with good communication skills? Can you keep your cool when addressing customer complaints? Are you a self-motivated problem solver? If yes, give us the chance to review your information!
