Come join our team! We are looking for Caregivers/Direct Support Workers in the Cromwell area Monday through Friday 9am-2pm or 10am-3pm. Come grow with our agency and help keep a loved one in the comfort of their own home! Benefits: Full time, part-time and casual employment available (Can choose to work as little as 5 to 10 hours per week or up to 40 hours per week - you decide based on your availability) Direct Deposit Employee of the month program Quarterly Caregiver drawings for gift certificates Requirements: Valid Driver's License Responsibilities may include: Provide general attention to clients' non-medical needs following the established Care Plan Provide companionship (talking and listening, reading aloud, etc.) Promote the client's mental alertness through involvement in activities of interest Assist with activities of daily living, which may include, eating, grooming, toileting, dressing, bathing, mobility and positioning Prepare and serve meals as directed and ensure that dishes are washed, and kitchen is clean after each meal Help provide a clean, safe and healthy environment by performing light housekeeping duties and helping with laundry Observe and report any changes in the client's mental, physical, or emotional condition to immediate supervisor and/or Responsible Party Redirect, monitor, observe, and/or intervene with behaviors as needed or required Always ensure the safety of client Assist client in the community We encourage all interested applicants to contact us today at 218-838-XXXX , email resume through this job board, or stop by our office located at 13954 Cypress Drive Suite 102 Baxter, MN 56425.
