The State Bank in Grand Blanc, MI is seeking to hire a full-time ITM Specialist/Video Teller to serve our customers by accurately completing financial transactions through the Interactive Video Teller Machine Channel while providing superior service. The typical schedule for this banking position is Monday-Friday between the hours of 6:45am -7:30pm. You could expect to typically work two weekends a month, Saturday's 8:45am-5:15pm, and Sunday's 10:45am-3:15pm, working around 40 hours a week in total. A DAY IN THE LIFE AS AN ITM SPECIALIST/VIDEO TELLER As an ITM Specialist (video teller) at The State Bank, you deliver quality customer service while completing account transactions and general account maintenance in a courteous, accurate and efficient manner. You are always seeking the opportunity to improve the customer's banking relationship. You are comfortable working with technology and performing within a multi-functional technical environment. You will use analytical skills to solve a wide variety of practical and customer services issues. Your superior communication and interpersonal skills will allow you to communicate concisely and energetically over the video channel to connect with customers. You will follow applicable policies and regulations to prevent fraud and other risks associated with video banking. You are the face of The State Bank to many of our customers.You stay busy as you efficiently process routine banking transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, checks, transfers, and loan payments.You are goal-oriented and always learning and improving. You feel great about using your customer service skills to make a positive impact in your community. QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN ITM SPECIALIST/VIDEO TELLER High school diploma/GED or equivalentUnderstanding of a computer, computer applications and business equipmentAbility to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.Must have the ability to interface with multiple platforms and communicate effectively via the video channel.Willing to assist at other branch locations as needed.Prior banking and cash-handling experience is a plus.
