HyerTek seeks an experienced Full Cycle Recruiter to lead our newly formed Staffing Services business. The person will be responsible for full life-cycle recruiting, opportunity identification, recruiting, screening, and recommending staff using creative sourcing methods. if you have a background in managing HR benefits and policy development too, even better! Key Responsibilities : Partners with hiring manager and customers to determine staffing needs Screens resumes, interview candidates (by phone or in person), administer appropriate assessments, reference/background checks, make recommendations for hire (or not to hire), and deliver employment offers for both exempt and non-exempt position openings Serves as an expert in recruiting candidates domestically and internationally. Uses traditional and non-traditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates, such as job boards, online job fairs, community network events, etc. Post open positions on appropriate job boards, monitor each source's effectiveness and recommend new sourcing techniques that will help accomplish its recruiting goals. Follows up with candidates, clients, and hiring managers throughout the recruiting and interview process Develops and maintains an excellent relationship with internal and external clients to ensure the achievement of staffing goals Communicates important employment information during delivery of employment offers (i.e., benefits, compensation, non-competition agreements, etc.) Manages current candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS) Maintaining pipeline for key positions and for future contract awards Other duties as required. Specific Skills/Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or a related field Experience in full-cycle recruiting involving opportunity identification, sourcing, screening, and interviewing Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Exceptional verbal and written skills. Ability to multi-task, organize, prioritize, and interact effectively with all levels of internal and external customers.
