POSITION SUMMARY We are looking for an Enterprise Program Manager (Non-IT) to join our growing team as a key leader in the vision and growth of the Welch's business. The Enterprise Program Manager will drive the strategic vision through leadership of the project governance process at all levels of the organization. You will gain deep insight into Welch's business and have broad organizational visibility up to and including the executive level. This role is critical to the successful execution of the Welch's strategic growth plan to achieve our desired state. WHAT YOU'LL DO The Enterprise Program Manager will be responsible for the overall Enterprise PMO (Project Management Office) program and will also perform critical project management on key strategic initiatives. Lead enterprise program management, prioritization, & project management processes toward industry best practices (processes/templates/tools/training) in service of prioritizing company resources against the most business-critical initiatives. Own the above processes and work cross-functionally with marketing, R&D, supply chain, finance, sales, and innovation to enable project teams to deliver quality, on cost/time new product introductions. Develop and ensure compliance to project management standards. Lead business reviews and stakeholder alignment meetings to support best practices and reinforce governance structure. Act as liaison between steering committee, project teams, and functional/technical resources Be a trusted partner, coach, and subject matter expert on project management, thoughtfully considering company objectives & multiple perspectives, respectfully challenging ideas/approaches/prioritization. Support enterprise portfolio reporting to executive team. May perform other job duties as assigned. WHO YOU ARE: Experienced project manager with demonstrated ability to deliver results, preferably with experience leading through a stage-gate, waterfall process. Leader with strong business acumen and influencing skills. Excellent facilitator and communicator at all levels within organization. Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills; passionate about efficiency and improving business processes. Demonstrated effectiveness at using influence, persuasion, and negotiation to find agreeable exchange and reach positive outcomes. Works relentlessly to overachieve; anticipates obstacles and creates plans to overcome them. Continuously challenges the status quo and seeks ways to improve and develop. WHAT YOU'LL NEED: MS/MBA Project Management, Technical, Marketing preferred; BA/BS required. 5+ years' related experience across at least 1 of the following areas: project management, marketing, consumer insights, R&D, sales, supply chain, engineering, finance. Multiple disciplinary experience is a plus. Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional project teams for end-to-end commercialization (Waterfall, Stage Gate, NPD) Expert in Excel and PowerPoint, required. Experience utilizing project management and PMO software tools (MS Project, Accolade, SmartSheet, Asana, JIRA, etc.) and business reporting tools (PowerBI) is a plus. Experience working within a manufacturing company or complex supply chain environment - CPG or Food/Beverage industry experience is preferred. Knowledge of standards and methodology of Project Management Professional (PMP) is preferred. If you got this far, we hope you're feeling excited about this opportunity.
