Starkey, Inc. Community Living Supervisor $46,363.20 Salary Typical work schedule: M-F 10AM-6PM. However, will be expected to work outside of these hours including weekends if needed. A Community Living Supervisor (CLS) leads others in supporting people with Intellectual/ Developmental disabilities. The successful candidate effectively communicates with employees, by listening to their concerns, supporting and encouraging their ideas and work, and providing feedback.
