Position Summary: The Jr Quality Assurance Lead position is responsible for ensuring that materials and products meet quality requirements before they are sent to a customer. Assess the condition of the product, from its raw material stage to being a completed product; ensuring that it is not damaged or have any defects. Qualifications: Required Skills/Abilities: Experience with AS9100 Understand and Complete Tasks - Under direct supervision or working individually, able to follow instructions and complete tasks as assigned. • Team Orientation and Interpersonal - highly motivated team-player with ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with all levels internal and external to the organization. • Communication - able to effectively express self verbally in a diplomatic, empathetic and tactful manner. • Computer Software - proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications, including Excel, Word, Access, Outlook and other job-related programs. Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. 6 months experience working with ISO 9001, AS9100 and/or NADCAP is preferred.
