Premier Medical Resources is looking to grow our Medical Records Team at our office in the Jersey Village Area (77040). The ideal candidate will be energetic, ambitious, and a team player. RESPONSIBILITIES: Communicates request status by phone/email with the law firms Follows-up with the law firms on request status and ensures all documentation is obtained and payment is received Keeps communication with legal team regarding certain incoming request Updates case status into affidavit log REQUIREMENTS: Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records Knowledge of computer and relevant software applications: Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook, & eCW Strong attention to detail MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma or equivalent Attention to detail Basic computer skills BENEFITS: Medical, Dental, and Vision through BCBS 401k with employer contribution PTO accrural WORK WEEK SCHEDULE: Monday- Friday 8 hour shift About Premier Medical Resources Premier Medical Resources, LLC is a healthcare management company, headquartered in NW Houston near the Jersey Village area.
