We are looking for a driven, proactive sales professional with high emotional intelligence that is focused on maximizing sales initiatives within a FatCats' Center. To be successful in this position, you must be a creative, passionate brand ambassador as you promote and build our brand in the community. It is imperative that your focus always be continually looking for ways to improve the guest experience as you oversee both internal and external events marketing for the Center. This position reports to the General Manager. Requirements Duties and Responsibilities Maximize total Center sales (including event sales) through corporate booking focus, specials and promotions, themed events, and group activities. Oversee both internal and external events marketing for the Center with focus on improving the guest experience. Build and promote Company's brand in the community by working with external organizations such as non-profit organizations, the Chamber of Commerce, and through engagement and participation in community events such as parades, FatCats Fun to Do Good Project, and other special initiatives like Sub for Santa, Toys for Tots, etc. Find creative ways to drive loyalty memberships and hit targets. Manage, train, develop Events Sales Specialist(s), Event Coordinators and Event Hosts and work alongside events team members to aid in their individual success and the overall success of the events department. Required Skills and Qualifications Highly competitive with 5+ years' experience in the sales industry (B2C and B2B) as high-performing sales professional, with a proven track record of consistently hitting and exceeding key performance indicators. Self-motivated, persistent, and goal-oriented attitude to drive sales and events within the Center. Ability to operate with a strong sense of urgency to deliver results without compromising the guest experience. Exceptional communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal skills, and ethical mindset. Personable but professional demeanor. Excellent organizational, leadership, and negotiation skills with ability to adapt and respond to changing needs and priorities. Strong organizational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and to problem solve effectively. Tech savvy, familiarity with Microsoft 365 and various business software platforms, systems, and applications, with ability to learn new platforms, systems and applications quickly. High EQ with self-awareness, ability to collaborate with others, listen attentively, empathize with others, defuse conflict, show adaptability, and demonstrate good judgment.
