Work Location: Bradenton, FL As part of this role, you will: Responsible to provide leading, managing, in collaboration with clinical coordinator coaching and guiding all associates assigned to the department and maintaining positive, effective communication with providers, supervisors, peers, and subordinates Must be able to perform all staff nurse duties Oversees the maintenance of all appropriate logs to Clinical Coordinator Ensures Provider's orders are directed to the various appropriate departments Completes authorizations and referrals for patients in a timely manner Knowledgeable in triage and interventions regarding patient's age What you need to bring to this role: Licensed LPN/RN in good standing with the Florida Board of Nursing required Minimum of 2+ years of experience in professional nursing experience required Current CPR/BLS Certification Microsoft Office Products - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint proficiency preferred **MCR Health is a drug free workplace.
