The ideal candidate for this position: Passionate about Hawaiian Chanting Is enthusiastic about sharing hula, hospitality and Aloha Spirit with our guests Can maintain a pleasant smile and demeanor throughout the shift Shows Aloha to co workers Is able to maintain "on stage" presence throughout shift Embraces change Has Aloha Aura Is able to adapt and adjust to each dance number Strives to improve and practice their chanting Has an interest and enthusiasm in the Hawaiian Culture Is community minded Performance Characteristics: Enthusiastic Fast Learner Retains Information Strives for excellence Team Player Performance Expectations: Keeps their dressing area clean Comes to show prepared with all items needed to do their shift Prepares all costumes, accessories needed for the show prior to show time Treats customers and co-workers with courtesy and respect Completes job duties as assigned by line captains & managers Able to accept constructive criticism Willing to practice each chant to meet to our standards of excellence Attends all rehearsals, meetings and costume workshops called by Entertainment manager Respects and cares for all communal implements, costumes and supplies provided by the company Reports any broken or damaged costumes, supplies or implements to line captains or managers Job Posted by ApplicantPro
